musty odorconstantly running fan
The room i was assigned had a distinct odor. it smelled stale, almost musty. I'm not sure where it came from but it bothered me a lot. also, the bathroom fan ran constantly, even when switched off. It made sleeping difficult. i complained to the front desk, but they didn't seem to care at all.

Acceptable Stay

kind staffbirthday surprisemodern furniturenoisy guestsinadequate roomhigh price
Lizzie, Sanita, Inga and Vinnie created a great team. They were very kind to us. It was the birthday for two people in our group, and they surprised us with a cake. The hotel is comfortable with modern furniture.
A door joined my room with another room. The guests were quite loud and I could hear everything. Standard rooms are not ideal for families. A family room price got paid though.

Staff helped me. The location suited me.
The room lacked a full-length mirror. It was a real oversight. The TV aerial was loose, so I propped it up with a drinks menu to get signal. There also was no hair conditioner provided, very cheap from them.
